The rice is one of the best low-calorie meals that you should regularly have if you enjoy low-carb meals. It is low in carbs diet and can satisfy you so much that you will forget that the meal is not a grain but vegetable. It is a meal that can become a favorite after the first try.
2 heads of cauliflower, slice it into 1/2-inch pieces
Avocado oil (1 1/2 tbsp)
Salt (3/4 tbsp)
How to prepare:
Ensure that you heat the oven to 450 degrees F. Now use the aluminum foil for lacing the three baking sheet and using the cooking spray to spray it.
Use the cauliflower pieces to 1/4 fill the food processor. Pulse eight to twelve times till the cauliflower rise in size and looks like grains of rice and send it to a bowl. Perform the same process with the rest of the cauliflower pieces.
Sprinkle the avocado oil on the rice and continue to toss till it distributes evenly.
Spread the rice on a flat surface on the baking sheet line.
Roast the rice until it becomes golden, which can take sixteen minutes. Take it out of the oven, stir and spread again. Take it back to the oven and roast for six minutes. Take it out of the oven again and stir then spread. Keep roasting till it becomes brown.
Use salt to season the roasted rice and put it in a big container.
