Roasted Brussels Sprouts

Brussels sprouts with trimmed ends and removed yellow leaves (1 1/2 pounds)

Olive oil (3 tbsps)

Kosher salt (1 tbsp)

Fresh black pepper (1/2 tbsp)

How to prepare:

Ensure that the oven heats to 400 degrees F.

Put the trimmed sprouts, kosher salt, pepper, and olive oil in a big plastic bag and seal it very well then shake it for coating. Pour it on a baking sheet and put it on the center of the oven rack.

Ensure that you roast it in the heated oven for thirty to forty-five minutes and shake for five to seven minutes to make it browner. Take out the heat when necessary to avoid food burning. The sprouts will become dark brown and almost looking like black when the meal is ready. You can also adjust the seasoning with kosher salt if that becomes necessary. Now you can serve it.

Marinated Grilled Shrimp

It is a straightforward and easy marinade that gives the shrimp a delicious taste, and you might not need a cocktail sauce. You can prepare this meal with fresh or frozen shrimp. You can prepare this meal indoor if you are not a fan of outside grilling. It is a meal that goes well with baked potato, salad, and garlic bread. Sliced garlic (3 cloves)

Olive oil (1/3 cup)

Tomato sauce (1/4 cup)

Red wine vinegar (2 tbsps)

Sliced fresh basil (2 tbsp)

Salt (1/2 tbsp)

2 pounds of fresh deveined skewers and peeled shrimp

How to prepare:
