Roast Sticky Chicken in Rotisserie Style

If you are the type that craves the restaurant-style rotisserie chicken and want to prepare it at home? The first thing you should is that the minimum time for preparation for this meal can take about five hours. You are going to make yourself a delicious and tasty meal that you can easily get addicted to with caramelize bottom and golden brown chicken.


Salt (4 tbsp)

Paprika (2 tbsps)

Onion powder (1 tbsp)

Dry thyme (1 tsp)

White pepper (1 tbsp) 

Cayenne pepper (½ tbsp)

Black pepper (½ tbsp) 

Garlic powder (½ tbsp) 

2 quartered onions

Whole chickens 2 (4 pounds)

How to prepare:

Ensure that you mix the paprika, thyme, black and cayenne pepper, garlic powder, salt, white pepper, and onion powder in a small bowl. Take the chicken out and remove the giblets and then rinse the cavity of the chicken then dry it with the paper towel. Use the spice mixture to rub the chicken inside out and put one onion inside the chicken cavity. Put the chicken in a bag or a plastic wrap and refrigerate for four to six hours or overnight.

Ensure that the oven heats to 250 degrees F.

Put the chicken inside a pan for roasting and bake for five hours, or to a temperature of 180 degrees F. The chicken can now stand for ten minutes before the craving begins.
