Pumpkin Spiced Paleo Granola

It is delicious in taste, it is flavorful and the ideal meal for breakfast. You can eat the meal with fruit and almond milk, or sprinkle a top-quality yogurt. It is also tasty and addictive.


Melted coconut oil (1/8 cup)

Honey (1/4 cup)

Pecans (1/2 cup)

Walnuts (1/2 cup)

Minced almonds (1/2 cup)

Unsweetened coconut flakes (1/2 cup)

Sunflower seeds (1/2 cup)

Pumpkin seeds (1/2 cup)

Sesame seeds (3 tbsps)

Flax seeds (3 tbsps)

1 tbsp of pumpkin pie spice

Sea salt (1/2 tbsp)

Dry cranberries (1/2 cup)


Ensure that the oven heats to 350 degrees F.

Mix the honey and coconut oil inside a big bowl and stir till everything incorporates. Include the seeds, salt, nuts, and pumpkin pie spice and keep stirring till it coats evenly.

Spread the mix on a foil-lined sheet or parchment and bake for thirty to forty minutes till it becomes fragrant and brown. Take it out of the oven and pour the cranberries. Let it cool off, and then you can break it.
