Pepperoni Meatza

1 tbsp of salt

1 tbsp of caraway seeds

1 tbsp of dried oregano

1 tablespoon of garlic salt

1 tablespoon of ground pepper (black)

1 tbsp of red pepper flakes

2 pounds of additional lean ground beef

2 eggs

Shredded Parmesan cheese (1/2 cup)

12 ounce of grated mozzarella cheese

Tomato sauce (1 cup)

Sliced pepperoni 1 (3.5 ounces)

How to prepare:

Ensure that the overheats to 450 degrees F.

Mix the seeds, salt, garlic salt, shredded pepper flakes, caraway seeds, and oregano inside a small bowl.

Ensure that you mix the eggs and ground beef within a bowl and stir till it incorporates. Include the seasoning mixture and Parmesan cheese to the beef. Press the beef mix into a pan that you can spread it in evenly.

Dredge 1/3 of mozzarella cheese on the meat that you bake and add the tomato sauce in a final layer. Dredge the same amount of cheese on the sauce and add pepperoni slices. Add the rest of the mozzarella cheese on the pizza.

Ensure that you broil till the cheese melts and becomes slightly brown, which can take about three to five minutes.
