Dry parsley (1 tbsp)

Can tomato paste 1 (8 ounces)

Sea salt (1 tbsp)

Ground black pepper (1/2 tbsp)

Ground beef (1 pound)

Ground Pork (1 pound)

Sliced yellow onion (1)

Sliced garlic (3 cloves)

Dry basil (1 tbsp)

Dried oregano (1 tbsp)

Dried parsley (1/2 tbsp)

Sea salt (1/2 tbsp)

Ground black pepper (1/4 tbsp)

Sea salt (2 tbsp)

Cauliflower head (3/4)

Two heads of green cabbage

Zucchini (1)

2 eggs

Almond flour (1/4 cup)

How to prepare:

Ensure that you mix the chicken broth, garlic, tomatoes, and parsley inside a pan, let it boil, and include the tomato paste. Put hot water 1/4 in the can and stir till any tomato paste remains dissolve and turn it into the pan. Season sauce with pepper and salt. You need to stir the flavor until it combines.

Ensure that the oven heats to 350 degrees F.

Now you have to mix garlic, beef, basil, pork, salt, parsley, oregano, and pepper in one big bowl.

Boil a large amount of water and add sea salt and cauliflower, let it boil for five minutes. Now add cabbage to the water and let it boil for five minutes. Use the slotted spoon to take it out and do the same thing for the other cabbage then separate the leaves.

Shred the zucchini and cauliflower inside a food processor that contains the shredder disk and add the beef mix for equal ratio, then include the almond flour and eggs.

Lay one cabbage leaf on a surface and add one teaspoon of the beef mix in the center of the leaf. Use the bottom leaf to overlap and fold the edges and roll it up. You should perform the same task on the rest of the beef mix and leftover leaves.

Use tomato sauce to coat the baking dish’s bottom. Place the cabbage rolls inside the dish and cover it with the rest of the tomato. Now you can use aluminum foil to cover the dish.

Now you should bake it inside the heated oven till the sauce starts bubbling.
